Elizabeth Reda began teaching clients as the result of her own personal back injury. After years as an active athlete, she found being injured very difficult to tolerate. Finding frustration with traditional medical care that she was offered, Elizabeth began researching ways to help herself. Physical therapy led to Pilates. Pilates turned out to be the one program that could bring her back to full fitness and health.
Elizabeth is a Certified Post–rehabilitation specialist in Pilates. She is also an ACE—Certified personal trainer, and the owner of The Pilates Center of Los Gatos, CA.
